Key Responsibilities
- check_circleRead blueprints and wiring diagrams to trace and repair water lines
- check_circleTroubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment and hotel electronic lock systems
- check_circleReplace and program televisions and light fixtures throughout the property
- check_circleMaintain detailed records of repairs and preventive maintenance activities
- check_circlePerform preventive maintenance on HVAC, boilers, chillers, and electrical systems
- check_circleTest, clean, and repair swimming pools and spas to ensure safety and functionality
- check_circleRepair furniture, sheet rock, wall coverings, and paint designated areas
- check_circleRepair hotel air conditioning systems by changing filters, cleaning coils, and replacing motors
- check_circleConduct plumbing repairs including fixing clogged drains, copper pipes, and replacing fixtures
- check_circleEnsure all work complies with local, state, and federal building codes
Requirements
