About the Role

The Engineer, Level 2 is the guardian of the property's physical integrity, responsible for ensuring the hotel is maintained in the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to guests and employees. This role serves as a critical link between operational efficiency and guest comfort, requiring a versatile skill set that spans mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, and cosmetic repairs.

In this position, you will not only perform essential maintenance on complex equipment like boilers, chillers, and HVAC systems but also manage the day-to-day aesthetic and functional needs of the hotel. From painting designated areas and repairing wall coverings to troubleshooting kitchen equipment and maintaining swimming pools, your work ensures that every aspect of the property functions seamlessly. You will also assist in supervising other engineering staff and scheduling preventive maintenance tasks, playing a key role in the team's success.
