About the Role
In this position, you will diagnose and provide service and repairs to hotel equipment, including central plant chillers, temperifiers, boilers, heat exchangers, pumps, HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, and fire & safety systems. You will respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
Your day-to-day involves performing ongoing preventive and corrective maintenance on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. You will operate and monitor all HVAC systems and associated equipment, including the Building Automation System (BAS), while ensuring BOH facilities remain clean, organized, and safe. You will also oversee contracted maintenance services, conduct regular facility room inspections, and serve as a primary responder for emergencies such as fire alarms, HVAC failures, and security issues.

Requirements
