We are seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to join the Consumer Bank's Engagement Marketing Strategy team. In this role, you will support the Mass customer segments with a specific focus on delivering advice, convenience, and security. Your primary objective is to build impactful customer engagement strategies that drive retention, improve financial health, and increase digital adoption while deepening customer relationships.
You will work across the engagement team to identify opportunities that improve the customer experience and drive innovation. This position involves supporting campaign strategy, planning, and the implementation of engagement marketing initiatives across the customer lifecycle. You will utilize omni-channel approaches—including branch & banker interactions, digital platforms, email, and owned/paid media—to partner with Digital, Marketing, Product, and Sales organizations. By collaborating with the Analytics team to build robust performance scorecards, you will continually evaluate and optimize program objectives, ensuring we remove customer pain points and roadblocks specific to the Mass customer segments.
