At our core are more than 14,000 highly talented Electronic Systems employees with the brightest minds in the industry, making an impact for our customers and the communities we serve.
We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer skilled in Integration & Test (I&T) and Verification & Validation (V&V) to lead and execute I&T activities within CEMA. The successful candidate will have a well-rounded Systems Engineering background with a focus on RF/EW products to provide direct program support. Beyond technical execution, this role involves managing employee performance, setting goals, and providing regular feedback to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
In this role, you will support CEMA program execution by developing compact RF/EW solutions for the warfighter. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to design, integrate, debug, and test a next-generation EW system. Our flexible work environment provides you a chance to change the world without giving up your personal life, though this specific position requires consistent, in-person collaboration due to the nature of the work.
