About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Senior RF Test Systems Engineer located onsite in McKinney, TX, supporting Surveillance & Tactical Radar Solutions (STaRS) Test Automation. The Test Automation Department (TAD) is responsible for the design and development of test equipment, hardware, and software for a wide range of products and customers. The STaRS Test Automation section within TAD is a growing and highly motivated team who consistently provides quality, on-time, on-cost solutions to support external and internal customers seeking innovative and economical solutions for their product lines.

In this role, you will work independently to drive toward goals while facilitating project tasks with various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives. You will troubleshoot test equipment, circuit boards, and cables, and analyze data gathered to develop solutions or alternative methods to optimize performance and increase efficiency of work. This position is 100% onsite in McKinney, TX.

This position requires an active U.S. government issued security clearance (DoD Secret). U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
