About the Team

Resource Innovations (RI) is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact. Building on our expertise in energy efficiency, we are constantly expanding our portfolio of clean energy solutions to guide utilities through increasingly complex, connected challenges. From load flexibility and electrification to carbon reduction, we are leading the charge to power change.

About the Role

We are seeking an Energy Efficiency Program Delivery Analyst to join our growing team in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. This role blends relationship-driven outreach with program coordination, process optimization, and hands-on project support to help deliver high-performing utility energy efficiency programs.

As a key connector between utility clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams, you will balance front-end engagement with back-end program execution. Your day will involve onboarding and supporting vendors, moving projects forward from opportunity through completion, and continuously improving the processes and systems that drive program success. You will serve as the primary point of contact for external partners while ensuring alignment between vendors, program requirements, and internal teams.

This position is ideal for someone with approximately 3+ years of experience who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and improving workflows in a fast-paced environment. Success is measured by strong partner relationships, consistent project momentum, operational efficiency, and the ability to identify and implement process improvements that enhance program performance.

Hiring Process

Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. Selected candidates will be contacted for an initial screening followed by interviews with the hiring team. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check and reference check. If applicable to the position, a pre-employment drug screen may also be required.

Equal Opportunity

Resource Innovations is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, age, disability, marital status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other protected status. In addition to federal law requirements, Resource Innovations complies with applicable state and local laws governing non-discrimination in employment in every location in which the company does work.
