About the Role

As an Endpoint Operations Engineer, you will serve as a technical leader within Endpoint Operations, designing, operating, and continuously improving enterprise endpoint environments. Your mission is to deliver a secure, stable, and high-performing end-user experience at scale. You will partner closely with Infrastructure, Security, and Service Delivery teams to support both on-premise and cloud-managed endpoints, ensuring the reliability of our global workforce's technology.

In this role, you will drive an automation-first culture, transforming how we approach operational challenges. You will not only manage the day-to-day health of our endpoint platforms but also lead initiatives to reduce recurring issues through root cause analysis and proactive remediation. Your work will directly influence the digital experience of our employees, ensuring that complex technical challenges are resolved efficiently while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Working Environment

You will operate within an enterprise-scale, highly available endpoint environment that demands precision and resilience. The role involves active participation in on-call rotations and after-hours support as required to maintain service continuity. Collaboration is key, as you will work with global teams across multiple time zones to ensure seamless operations worldwide.
