About the Role

As an Endodontic Dental Assistant at Ideal Dental, you will play a vital role in supporting both our patients and clinical team throughout the endodontic treatment process. You'll be equipped with the training, tools, and resources to grow your skills and advance your career in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Every day, you'll help create confident smiles and contribute to the long-term oral health of the community.

Your day-to-day involves creating a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their endodontic journey. You will support patients through complex procedures, ensuring they feel informed and calm, while working alongside the Endodontist to ensure precision and efficiency. Beyond clinical support, you will educate patients on post-treatment care and coordinate follow-ups to ensure timely treatment and clear communication.
