About the Role

As a Dental Assistant at Ideal Dental, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and support to both our patients and dental team. Your day-to-day involves more than just clinical tasks; you will be the first point of contact, greeting guests with a smile and prepping them before the doctor's exam. You will collaborate with the entire practice team to ensure smooth patient flow, facilitating transitions and ensuring a comfortable experience from arrival to departure. Whether you are performing digital iTero scans, taking precise x-rays, or assisting with complex procedures, your work directly supports accurate diagnoses and treatment planning.

Hiring Process
