Hartford Healthcare is seeking an Endocrinology Advanced Practice Provider to join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered endocrine care. About the Role
In this full-time position, you will evaluate and manage adults with diabetes and complex endocrine disorders. You will interpret labs and imaging to develop individualized treatment plans while collaborating closely with endocrinologists, primary care providers, and allied health professionals. A key part of your day involves educating patients and families on disease management, medications, and lifestyle changes. You will also support inpatient and/or outpatient endocrine consults, contribute to program development, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
