About the Team
The Division of Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes, within the Department of Internal Medicine, is seeking a dynamic clinical endocrinologist to join our expanding clinical programs at the University of Utah and the Utah Diabetes and Endocrinology Center. Our unique geographical location affords a broad and diverse range of endocrinology referrals from a five-state region, supporting active programs in pituitary disease, metabolic bone disease, thyroid, parathyroid, endocrine cancers, and adrenal disorders. These programs, along with our active research portfolio, afford many collaborative opportunities for clinical and translational research.
About the Role
This position offers an academic faculty appointment commensurate with training and experience. Responsibilities span outpatient and inpatient endocrinology, with a distinct opportunity to lead a skilled team of advanced practice clinicians managing inpatient hyperglycemia and diabetes. The role includes opportunities for clinical research and graduate medical teaching, allowing you to contribute to a culture of compassion, collaboration, innovation, accountability, acceptance, integrity, quality, and trust.
