About the Role

As a Coordinator Marketing Encore, you will be the face of our brand, assisting in providing our Owners and guests with exceptional experiences and events designed to create memorable vacation memories. This role is centered on engagement and service; you will interact with guests and potential Owners to provide elevated customer service, offering specially priced trial membership packages and effectively communicating the benefits of trial ownership and special offers.

Your day will involve welcoming and greeting guests, anticipating their needs, and contributing to team goals while ensuring the highest level of service. You will work to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals, all while maintaining professional interactions with colleagues and adhering to company policies and safety procedures.

Hiring Process

Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Please note that a Real Estate License may be required at some locations depending on state laws. The position may also require background and drug screening in accordance with state and local requirements. Additionally, the role involves physical activities such as reaching overhead, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, as well as the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
