About the Role

The Center Medical Specialist is a pivotal role within our plasma donation centers, designed for individuals with a background in emergency medicine, such as EMTs, Paramedics, or nurses. This position goes beyond standard clinical duties; it is about enhancing the lives of millions by ensuring the safety and satisfaction of every donor. You will serve as the medical authority in the center, performing physical examinations and establishing medical histories to determine donor suitability.

In this role, you will build strong rapport with donors, providing education on general health and counseling regarding test results. You will be responsible for managing donor injuries and adverse events while maintaining strict confidentiality. The position also involves assisting in employee training and administering the Hepatitis Vaccine program. It is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your clinical skills directly impact the community's health.
