About the Role

As a Center Medical Specialist, you will join an international team dedicated to enhancing the lives of millions of people through plasma donation services. This role is designed for those seeking something different, leveraging your skills as an EMT Basic, EMT Advanced, or Paramedic to make a tangible impact. You will be the medical face of the donation center, performing physical examinations and establishing medical histories to determine donor suitability. Beyond clinical duties, you will build rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction, provide education on general health, and counsel donors regarding test results. You will also evaluate and manage donor injuries and adverse events, while assisting in employee training and administering the Hepatitis Vaccine program.
