About the Role

As a Center Medical Specialist, you will play a vital role in our mission to enhance the lives of millions by ensuring the safety and quality of our plasma donation centers. This position is ideal for EMTBs, EMTAs, Paramedics, or nurses seeking a different path that leverages their clinical expertise in a community-focused setting.

In this role, you will be the medical face of the donation center. Your day will involve performing physical examinations and establishing medical histories to determine donor suitability, while building strong rapport to ensure a positive customer experience. You will provide essential donor education regarding health and counseling on test results, while managing donor injuries and adverse events. Beyond clinical duties, you will assist in employee training and administer the Hepatitis Vaccine program, all within a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
