About the Role

As a Center Medical Specialist, you will join an international team working to enhance the lives of millions by managing the critical operations of our plasma donation centers. This role is designed for healthcare professionals seeking a dynamic environment where their clinical skills directly impact community health.

In this position, you will serve as the medical face of the center, performing physical examinations and establishing medical histories to determine donor suitability. Beyond clinical duties, you will build lasting rapport with donors to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, provide education on general health, and counsel donors regarding test results. You will also manage donor injuries, evaluate medical histories for continued eligibility, and assist in training new team members while administering the Hepatitis Vaccine program.
