About the Role

The Center Medical Specialist is a pivotal role within our plasma donation centers, designed for those seeking a dynamic career in healthcare. This position is ideal for EMTs, Paramedics, LPNs, or Registered Nurses who want to enhance the lives of millions by ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors. You will serve as the medical authority in the center, performing physical examinations, establishing medical histories, and evaluating donor suitability. Beyond clinical duties, you will build rapport with donors to ensure a positive experience, provide education on health and safety, and manage adverse events. This role offers a unique blend of clinical expertise and customer service, allowing you to work independently while contributing to a growing, family-oriented team.
