About the Role
As a Center Medical Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of millions of people by ensuring the safety and well-being of our plasma donors. This position is ideal for those seeking something different who want to utilize their nursing or medical skills in a dynamic, family-oriented environment.
In this role, you will build rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction while performing physical examinations and establishing medical histories to determine donor suitability. You will be responsible for donor education regarding general health, counseling on test results, and evaluating donor injuries or adverse events. Additionally, you will assist in employee training and administer the Hepatitis Vaccine program, all while maintaining strict confidentiality and donor awareness regarding potential hazards.
