Alongside Corgi, we operate a Management Services Organization (MSO) that supports adjacent legal practices. Bulldog Trial Lawyers is one of those practices—a plaintiff-side employment firm seeking its first litigator. The firm is backed by significant capital and a dedicated operations team within the MSO, allowing us to focus entirely on legal excellence.
We are looking for our first litigator to play a crucial role in growing the practice. You will be responsible for taking cases immediately and mentoring associates as we expand the team. Our model is designed to let you focus on the law; we handle all non-legal functions, including marketing, technology, and payroll.
This is a unique opportunity to build a firm from the ground up. The first attorneys we hire will receive favorable draw, equity, and bonus packages. The experience gained in establishing the firm during these initial months will be invaluable, positioning you ahead of later hires. Compensation is structured around a guaranteed draw plus contingency fee participation with no cap.
Geography is flexible. We open offices where you are located, with opportunities available in AZ, NV, NY, NJ, MA, WA, TN, GA, and FL.
If you work in employment law and want to be part of the most ambitious firm in the nation, this is your chance to join a team that provides full back-office support. We handle everything from intake and marketing to case management platforms, paralegal support, IT, IOLTA, and billing. We provide the support you need to be successful and grow the practice with us.
To apply, please DM Anton Burton on LinkedIn or email anton@corgi.insure. Confidential inquiries are welcome.
