We are seeking Employment Lawyers to work with some of the world's largest companies across all industries. In this role, you will partner with HR and management to navigate complex employee matters, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will tackle diverse legal challenges, from advising on hiring and performance issues to counseling on sensitive discrimination and harassment cases. The position offers the opportunity to design and deliver training, update global policies with local counsel support, and contribute to process improvements that shape how legal departments operate.
