About the Role
As a member of this winning team, you will play a vital role in the production and quality assurance of embroidered products. You will work in a temperature-controlled environment to inspect items such as shirts, sweatshirts, coats, and sweatpants, ensuring they meet high-quality embroidery design standards before they are prepared for shipping or storage.
Your day will involve reviewing work orders to determine proper design placement, removing embroidery backings, and sorting finished products by color and size. You will attach barcodes, stickers, and hang tags as necessary, fold and stack packages, and complete production tracking paperwork to verify accuracy. Success in this role requires the ability to process work orders efficiently and safely with minimal errors while maintaining a detail-oriented approach.
