Challenger School is seeking enthusiastic and intelligent individuals to join our elementary school teams at our Sunnyvale campus. Our mission is to teach individual responsibility, self-confidence, and independence alongside core subjects like grammar and math. We pride ourselves on a fast-paced, fun learning environment supported by a proven curriculum.
About the Role
As a teacher at Challenger, you will not only deliver instruction but also foster a supportive classroom culture. While specific teaching degrees are not required, we provide comprehensive training to ensure you master our unique curriculum and teaching styles. You will begin in a paid teacher training program that utilizes video instruction, manual study, teacher observations, and hands-on experience across various grade levels. Upon successful completion of this program, you will be entrusted with your own classroom to manage and teach.
