About the Role

As an Electrophysiology Lab Technician, you will serve as a critical partner to the Electrophysiologist and Nurse Manager, performing essential duties to assist medical staff during complex procedures. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic settings and are committed to patient safety and comfort. You will monitor and observe patients during invasive procedures, ensuring a sterile procedural area and responding promptly to patient distress or emergency interventions.

Your day-to-day responsibilities involve a blend of technical precision and compassionate care. You will assist in transporting patients, providing psychological and physical comfort measures, and managing complex equipment such as fluoroscopy systems, RF generators, and hemodynamic monitors. Beyond the lab, you will participate in late team schedules, manage inventory and quality control, and maintain accurate documentation of case progression and supply data. This position requires you to be a patient advocate, working in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent care.
