At Micro Precision, we provide expert calibration services for a diverse range of equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability for our clients. This role is designed for individuals eager to enter the calibration industry and grow their expertise. You will serve as a vital link between our laboratory standards and our customers, ensuring that electrical, industrial, and temperature instruments are calibrated to the highest precision.
In this position, you will perform standards maintenance, collect and record calibration data, and complete necessary certifications, including documenting out-of-tolerance conditions. A key part of your day involves sharing knowledge and best practices with your team while continuing to train in all aspects of Micro Precision Calibration Services. You will communicate calibration issues and procedures clearly to customers and coworkers via phone, in person, and email, ensuring transparency and trust in our services.
This role offers a dynamic mix of environments. You will perform work in our local laboratory as well as at various customer facilities. The position includes up to 25% out-of-town travel, which may involve overnight stays, allowing you to experience different operational settings while supporting our clients directly.

If you have a valid driver's license, basic knowledge of mechanical and dimensional equipment, and a foundation in basic mathematics, you are encouraged to apply.
