In this role, you will serve as a vital link between the workforce and the facility's technical operations. You will manage the workflow process associated with electronics and electromechanical areas, including the ASRS system, while developing preventative maintenance procedures to ensure equipment reliability. Your day will involve engaging the workforce through direction, coaching, and recognition, as well as managing safety culture through training and observations. Additionally, you will act as a liaison to contractors and the utilities department for projects and work orders, ensuring compliance with measuring device regulations such as Packers and Stockyards and Nebraska Department of Weights and Measures.

Ability to install and troubleshoot Industrial Networks (Ethernet based and components). Ability to read and interpret schematics, general machine installation and repairs.
