This position focuses on assembling large power transformers and power supply units within a dedicated production environment. You will work on challenging, large-scale projects where craftsmanship, safety, and quality are paramount. Your day-to-day involves installing and wiring components such as circuit breakers, contactors, sheet metal, and large-gauge cables while following detailed work orders and engineering drawings. The role offers a setting where your experience with complex electro-mechanical assemblies is recognized, allowing you to contribute directly to the creation of robust power equipment built to high standards.
You will work onsite in Costa Mesa, CA, at a dedicated workstation using hand tools, power tools, and crimpers. The environment emphasizes safety, organization, and adherence to documented procedures. The work involves standing for extended periods and regularly lifting and maneuvering components weighing up to 50–60 pounds, including units as large as a small refrigerator. Dress will be typical for a manufacturing setting, suitable for hands-on work with tools and electrical components.
