About the Role
As an Electrician at SOMAR, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components across our company vessels, structures, vehicles, and equipment. This role is critical to ensuring operational continuity and safety across our maritime and industrial assets.
You will operate a variety of power and hand tools to accomplish assigned duties, requiring the ability to read and comprehend installation and repair manuals, as well as interpret blueprints, sketches, and diagrams. A high regard for personal and coworker safety is essential, as you will work in strict compliance with the company Safety Management System (SMS) and all applicable state and federal health and safety standards.
