Licensed Superintendents are the leaders of our electrical teams on the job site. This role exists to drive project success through self-directed management, ensuring projects are completed on time, safely, and within budget. Safety is our top core value; Faith is committed to keeping people safe every day through daily initiatives like tool-box talks and operational risk management meetings.
In this position, you will thrive in an environment that relies on teamwork and strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for managing large-scale projects or multiple simultaneous projects, effectively communicating with Project Managers to maintain margins, and navigating difficult conversations to achieve positive outcomes. A key part of your mission is leadership development, specifically mentoring and developing successors to move into Foreman positions.
