The Service Manager at Nickle Electrical oversees projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients to assess scope, schedule, and resources, while working under the guidance of the Senior Service Manager to plan, organize, and execute projects professionally and on time.
The position requires daily travel to project sites across the Tri-State area. The Service Manager is responsible for enforcing workplace safety procedures, building strong relationships with employees, and supporting the merit shop philosophy. Additionally, the role involves leading performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning, in coordination with Human Resources.
