About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Project Manager to lead complex electrical projects from initiation to completion. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, superintendents, foremen, crews, and subcontractors. Your mission is to ensure that every project is performed with accuracy, cleanliness, and timeliness, with safety at the forefront of all operations.
You will manage multiple project sites, developing detailed bids, scopes, and schedules while overseeing financials, including invoicing and cost control. This position requires a leader who can mentor team members, resolve conflicts effectively, and drive a collaborative work environment. You will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, managing resources, and ensuring strict compliance with all relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
