About the Role
As an Electrical Panel Wiring Technician in Lakeland, FL, you will be the hands-on expert responsible for assembling and wiring industrial electrical control panels. This role is vital for ensuring that complex electrical systems are built to specification, safety standards, and engineering drawings. You will interpret detailed schematics and blueprints to route, terminate, and label wiring for relays, circuit breakers, and control components, ensuring clean and accurate builds.
Your day-to-day involves working with industrial electrical systems and components, including PLC panels from manufacturers like Allen Bradley and Siemens. You will perform continuity testing and electrical diagnostics to troubleshoot issues, resolve wiring discrepancies, and guarantee proper system functionality. Collaboration with engineering and production teams is key to maintaining production timelines and improving build efficiency.
