We are expanding our Maintenance department at our Cincinnati, OH facility and seeking skilled professionals to join our team. This role is designed for individuals with a background in maintenance or electrical work who are ready to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment.
You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting industrial electrical systems, ensuring our operations run smoothly. The position requires a hands-on approach, utilizing your knowledge of three-phase power, electrical diagrams, and control systems to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
This position operates on a rotating 12-hour day shift schedule (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM). The base salary ranges from $28 to $36 per hour, depending on your experience level. Additionally, premium pay is built into the shift schedule, offering an extra $1.25 per hour for night shifts.
