We are seeking an Electrical Design & Analysis Engineer to support a client in Everett, WA. This role is critical to the entire product lifecycle, bridging the gap between requirements analysis and field support. You will partner with technical sub-contractors and customers to ensure system designs meet rigorous operational and functional requirements.
In this position, you will develop and document moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements, designing hardware, software, and interface specifications. Your day-to-day involves testing and validation to ensure system integrity, monitoring supplier performance, and solving problems concerning fielded hardware and software. You will also research specific technology advances to determine their potential application to business needs, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of the Aerospace/Defense industry.

Experience with LRU development, test, and qualification. Military aircraft program experience. Knowledge of MIL-STD-1553B, ARINC-429, and Ethernet architecture. Experience with agile development methodologies. Strong leadership, team building, and mentoring skills.
