About the Role
We are seeking an Electrical Design & Analysis Engineer to join a client team in Everett, WA. This full-time, onsite contract role (6-month duration with possible extension) is designed for professionals who thrive in the aerospace and defense sectors. You will play a pivotal part in the entire product lifecycle, bridging the gap between requirements analysis and field support. Your work will involve developing and documenting complex electronic and electrical system requirements, designing hardware and interface specifications, and validating system designs through rigorous testing. The role also entails managing technical sub-contractors, monitoring supplier performance, and solving critical problems concerning fielded hardware and software. This position offers the opportunity to research and apply emerging technologies to meet evolving business needs within a high-stakes engineering environment.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Experience with LRU development, test, and qualification. Military aircraft program experience. Knowledge of MIL-STD-1553B, ARINC-429, and Ethernet architecture. Experience with agile development methodologies. Strong leadership, team building, and mentoring skills.
