Innova Solutions is seeking an Electrical Design & Analysis Engineer to support a client in Everett, WA. This full-time, onsite contract role (6 months with possible extension) focuses on the entire product lifecycle, from requirements analysis and systems design through integration testing, flight testing, and field support. The position serves as a critical bridge between technical execution and customer interaction, ensuring system designs meet rigorous operational and functional standards.
Engineers in this role will develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements, design hardware and interface specifications, and validate testing protocols. The position also involves managing technical sub-contractors, monitoring supplier performance, and solving complex problems regarding fielded hardware and software. Additionally, the role requires researching specific technology advances to determine their potential application to business needs.
