About the Role

We are seeking an Electrical Design & Analysis Engineer to join a client team in Everett, WA. This is a full-time, onsite contract position with an initial duration of 6 months, offering the potential for extension. The role is designed for professionals who thrive in the aerospace and defense sectors, focusing on the end-to-end product lifecycle.

In this position, you will serve as a critical link between requirements analysis, systems design, and field support. Your day-to-day will involve developing and documenting complex electronic and electrical system requirements, designing hardware and interface specifications, and validating system designs through rigorous testing. You will also manage technical sub-contractors, monitor supplier performance, and resolve issues concerning fielded hardware and software. The role requires a proactive approach to researching technology advances and applying them to business needs, ensuring seamless integration and compliance throughout the product's life.
