Innova Solutions is seeking an Electrical Design & Analysis Engineer to support a client in Everett, WA. This is a full-time, onsite contract position with an initial duration of 6 months, offering the potential for extension. The role is designed for candidates who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.
In this position, you will serve as a key contributor across the entire product lifecycle. Your work will bridge the gap between requirements analysis and field support, ensuring that electronic and electrical systems meet rigorous operational standards. You will be responsible for developing complex system requirements, designing hardware and interface specifications, and validating designs through lab and flight testing. Additionally, you will manage technical sub-contractors, monitor supplier performance, and resolve issues concerning fielded hardware and software. The role also involves researching emerging technologies to identify applications that align with business needs.
