About the Role
We are seeking an Electrical Design & Analysis Engineer to support a client in the aerospace and defense sector. This role is critical to the entire product lifecycle, bridging the gap between requirements analysis and fielded hardware. You will serve as a key technical resource, managing the journey from subsystem design and specification through integration testing, flight testing, and ongoing field support.
In this position, you will collaborate with technical sub-contractors and customers to ensure system designs meet rigorous operational and functional requirements. Your day-to-day involves developing complex electronic and electrical system specifications, validating hardware and software through lab testing, and solving critical problems for fielded systems. You will also research emerging technologies to identify potential applications that drive business needs forward.

Requirements

- verifiedPractical experience with lab equipment for hardware development
Nice to Have
Experience with LRU development, test, and qualification. Military aircraft program experience. Knowledge of MIL-STD-1553B, ARINC-429, and Ethernet architecture. Experience with agile development methodologies. Strong leadership, team building, and mentoring skills.
