As an educator at Dallas ISD, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of students by delivering high-quality instruction that aligns with state standards and district goals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive lesson plans that reflect the district's curriculum program. Your day-to-day work involves preparing lessons that accommodate diverse learning styles, utilizing various media and methods to motivate students, and establishing efficient classroom management procedures. Beyond the classroom, you will evaluate student progress, maintain accurate records, and serve as a resource for students and parents through counseling and community engagement activities such as open houses and PTA meetings.
This is a campus-based position where regular and punctual attendance is essential. The work environment typically features a moderate noise level. Travel throughout the district is an integral part of the role. Please note that remote work or alternate work arrangements are not available for this position, as performing all duties on-site is a fundamental requirement.
