The JCC Early Learning Center in Hingham, MA, is seeking a dedicated and experienced EEC Certified Pre-K Teacher to join our team. This position offers the chance to be part of a team that promotes connection and learning, values collaboration and transformation, and makes a meaningful impact on the lives of young children.
As a Pre-K Teacher, you will work within a vibrant, inclusive, and diverse community to help each child develop a positive self-image and a sense of competency. Your day will involve facilitating physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth through a developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum. You will collaborate regularly with co-teachers and directors to observe children, document their interactions, and support their unique needs. The role requires building strong, positive relationships with families through daily communication, conferences, and feedback, while ensuring a safe, organized, and aesthetically pleasing classroom environment.
