About the Role
This position is designed for individuals with tons of energy who love kids and enjoy helping others succeed. Whether you are a coach or an Area Lead, your primary goal is to ensure the Edge Kids program is executed to high standards every day.
As an Area Lead, you will work closely with General Managers and Area Directors. You will spend approximately 60% of your time teaching high-energy, fun activities, while the remainder of your time is devoted to day-to-day operations and building a top-notch team. You will be responsible for training new hires, communicating the Edge Kids philosophy clearly to parents, and ensuring every child leaves more confident than when they arrived.
