About the Role
This position is designed for individuals with tons of energy who love kids and are passionate about helping staff become their best. Whether you are a coach or stepping into an Area Lead role, you will be the heart of the program. As a coach, you will move, groove, and have fun utilizing our exciting program of activities, ensuring outstanding member experiences and customer service. You will be the Energizer Bunny of the club, making others smile and living to serve.
The Area Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the Edge Kids program is executed to high standards in every class, every day. This role involves a balance of teaching (approximately 60% of the time) and day-to-day operations. You will work closely with General Managers and Area Directors to build a top-notch team, train new hires, and communicate the Edge Kids philosophy clearly and professionally to parents. You will run high-energy, fun activities while managing administrative duties, scheduling, and staff coaching.
