This position offers the opportunity to perform professional teaching work within a structured educational environment. Leadership and Ethics Teachers are expected to lead in the classroom by taking full responsibility for all students' learning. High ethical standards are maintained by upholding the Code of Ethics and Standards for Professional Conduct.

Salary is determined based on the North Carolina Teaching Salary Schedule. The position requires regular and punctual attendance, with the ability to perform non-instructional duties as assigned. Physical requirements include the ability to occasionally exert up to 10 pounds of force, as well as the capacity for speaking, hearing, and various physical movements such as sitting, standing, walking, and stooping.
