Our mission is to expand access to quality jobs while preparing the next generation of educators to nurture and inspire young children.

The TEACH Track Initiative

TEACH Track is our workforce initiative designed to open doors for those who need it most—including English language learners and individuals who have been long-term unemployed. Funded by the U.S. Department of Labor, this program helps you overcome barriers to entering the early childhood field by providing financial assistance for upfront costs, professional training from trusted partners, paid on-the-job classroom experience, and job placements with real opportunities to grow.

You will be an integral part of the daily rhythm of the classroom, supporting lessons, playtime, and outdoor activities while helping to maintain a clean and inviting learning environment.
