About the Role

When you join Champions, you will be supporting hardworking families and elementary-aged kids during out-of-school time, on school grounds. As a Site Director, you will partner with administrators to bring our programs to their district and buddy up with students to aim higher, think bigger, and never give up. You will lead the way toward inspired learning by using our nationally recognized curriculum as a framework to create unique and engaging classroom experiences.

This role is for those passionate about educational excellence and empowering confident teachers. You will be fully engaged and enthusiastic, knowing that important relationships with children, families, and your team are critical to success.
