About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and nurturing Early Childhood Lead Teacher to create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment for children ages 2–5. This role exists to inspire curiosity, encourage growth, and help children thrive during their most important developmental years.
As the Lead Teacher, you will lead classroom activities to foster a fun, structured, and nurturing atmosphere where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore. You will partner with families to support each child's development and success, while collaborating with Assistant Teachers and fellow staff members to mentor and guide the team. Requirements
