E-Commerce Technician

About the Role

The E-Commerce Technician is a key team member at Goodwill Southeast Georgia, responsible for managing the online sales process. This role exists to maximize revenue from donated goods through digital platforms, directly supporting our mission services and the communities we serve. You will evaluate and select high-value items, ensuring efficient order fulfillment while collaborating with leadership teams to drive growth and profitability.

Your typical day involves sorting and identifying items with high resale value, safely packing products for transport, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You will work closely with store and eCommerce leadership, participating in training sessions and monthly meetings to contribute to operational improvements. Beyond the technical tasks, you will foster a positive, collaborative work environment that aligns with Goodwill's values, ensuring a clean and safe workspace for everyone.
