The Warranty Team Member is a vital link in our operational chain, supporting the efficient processing of returns and defective or damaged products. This role plays a key part in maintaining product integrity and customer satisfaction by managing eCommerce and hard part returns. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including Sales, to resolve customer-related issues and ensure seamless inventory control and quality assurance using our MAM (Autopart) systems.
This position is based in a warehouse setting with occasional outdoor exposure. The environment is not fully climate-controlled, though oscillating fans and heating devices are provided. The role requires physical activity, including standing for extended periods, walking, reaching, and lifting or moving items up to 50 lbs. (occasionally up to 100 lbs.).
