About the Role
We are seeking skilled and dependable Dump Truck Drivers to join our operations in Northwest Alabama. This role is designed for drivers who take pride in their work and can thrive in a fast-paced construction environment. You will be the backbone of our material logistics, ensuring dirt, gravel, rock, asphalt, and other construction supplies are transported safely and on time.
Beyond the driving, you will be an active member of the field crew. When not actively hauling, you will assist crews as needed on jobsites. Success in this position requires a commitment to safety, adherence to all DOT regulations, and the ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatch, and field teams.
